• Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon successful enrollment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 10 days before the course start date.

• Cancellations within 10 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

• Processing refunds may take up to 7 business days.

3. Course Participation

To ensure a productive learning environment, participants must:

• Attend sessions regularly and complete assigned activities.

• Notify instructors of any challenges or special needs.

• Respect fellow learners and the instructor.

4. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

5. Liability Limitation

LanguageMasters is not responsible for:

• Interruptions caused by technical issues or external factors.

• Loss of personal belongings during on-site sessions.

• Outcomes not meeting participant expectations, as success depends on individual effort.
